Big changes are coming to HHS, FDA, and CMS. How those changes play out no one can say for certain, but there are clear signals from the incoming administration the direction healthcare regulation is headed. In comes the wrecking ball… Donald Trump, RFK Jr., Dr. Oz, Vivek Ramaswamy, et al. wil lnot be shy in implementing changes to disrupt the status quo and to Make American Healthy Again (MAHA). How quickly and in exactly what form remains to be seen, but look for reduced barriers to entry for medical products, increased patient access to alternative therapies, and efforts to improve the environment for biotechnology innovation in America.
